  • A graduate of any 4-year course.
  • At least 1+ year work experience in the industry.
  • Good analytical skills, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
  • Resilient, open-minded, can work well with other team members.
  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Excellent at multi-tasking as well as coordinating skills.
  • Proficient in using MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Amenable working on weekends, holidays and render overtime as needed.
  • General understanding of the domestic shipping transport industry.
  • Commitment to work place safety.
  • Willling to be assigned in Gensan
  • Handle walk-in customer inquiries in relation to cargo booking/movement/documentation.
  • Timely preparation and provision of the Bill of Lading to customers (inbound/outbound).
  • Acceptance of payments from customers transacting on prepaid/collect mode.
  • Issue OR/PR for any payments received and liquidate it accordingly.
  • Support Sales and Mktg team as deemed necessary by the immediate head.
  • Coordination with other departments (operations, concare, vessel) to produce the required documentation and reports as per assigned function.
  • Attend to any issues/concerns as raised by origin port in relation to the manifest.
  • Ensure that coasting manifest is generated and sent within agreed KPI
  • Provision of documents to vessel R/O and PPA for clearance and billing purposes
